Human authority
AI may organize information and prepare analysis, but no integration, production activity, financing decision, offer, outreach or other consequential action is authorized merely by completing Discovery.

Materials and intellectual property
IBAT and its licensors retain rights in the experience, methods, interfaces and materials. Your business information remains yours, subject to the permissions needed to operate the requested service.
Availability and changes
The experience may change, pause or contain errors while it is evaluated and improved. Any commercial engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement.
